Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% the price of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment and there is not enough time to complete your service, we will reschedule your appointment after deducting 25% of the service charge. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, it will be considered a "No Show" and you will be charged 75% of the service fee. In the event that we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will offer a 20% discount on your next identical service. We will promptly reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
